Laserflex embossing tool materials are high Durometer polymers developed by Fulflex for Computer-to-Plate laser engraving. They are formulated to give clean and sharp images from fine lines to thick curves and smooth 3D gradients. Like metal dies, the image quality and depths that can be achieved are a function of the characteristics of the substrate to be embossed.
