Swell Resistant EPDM
Fulflex has created a new line of EPDM materials that completely resist the swelling caused by UV inks. These materials also provide excellent dot quality and ink transfer. Like all Fulflex materials, our line of EPDM has superior abrasion resistance insuring long life and a low total cost in use.
Carboxylated Nitrial Synthetic Blends
Fulflex can deliver superior half tone performance with the 6000 Series line of materials. These compounds offer excellent abrasion resistance and dot quality up to 175 lpi.
Embossing Polymers
Fulflex has recently released a new line of material that delivers excellent embossing results on certain types of substrates. Our embossing plates provide both deep and fine detail embossing at a very attractive cost as compared to metal or brass embossing dies.
