Excellent Dot Quality
Fulflex materials deliver excellent dot quality through uniform gauge, below the surface engraving and custom shoulder shaping.
Increased Durability
Fulflex compounds are formulated to provide high durability and abrasion resistance. We offer many different formulations to meet the needs of our customers including natural rubber, carboxylated blends, synthetic blends, and EPDM. Our unique construction and polyester insert provides stability and strength, allowing plates to be mounted, de-mounted and re-mounted multiple times.
Solvent Resistance
Our compounds also provide complete solvent resistance to abrasive inks and chemicals.
Swell Resistance
Fulflex offers a line of EPDM material that eliminates swell to UV inks.
Environmental Friendly
Direct Digital Laser Engraving of the Fulflex material completely eliminates the use of film and any solvents from plate preparation. After imaging the only residue is light dust or ash from the engraving process. The dust residue can be disposed of as normal waste.
